Signing a partnership agreement between the Arab Company for Antibiotics and Industries (ACAI) and the Chinese company IVEN

We are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between our company “ACAI” and the Chinese company IVEN. This partnership aims to develop our factory, enhance the quality of products and increase our production capabilities in line with the highest international standards. We believe that this cooperation will achieve a qualitative leap in the field of antibiotics and their supplies, and will open new doors for development and innovation.

On Sunday 11/08/2024, a visit was made to the Akai Pharmaceutical Factory by a delegation from the Chinese company IVEN to see the company’s reality and begin implementing the specific plan to rehabilitate and develop the company’s factory by adding new production lines and new varieties to supply the Iraqi pharmaceutical market with new varieties of medicines with high efficiency, raise the quality of the factory, achieve good manufacturing practices (GMP), and return it to the ranks of global factories.

During his tour, Dr. Mohammed Salem stressed the need to pay attention to manufacturing quality and its impact on public health by providing safe and effective treatment and supplying the local pharmaceutical market with it.
